Spiritual formation and preventing burnout. Rhythms of rest, marriage and ministry, and funding the work with dignity, before the work consumes you.
We meet twice a month for ninety minutes, online, with an in-person gathering whenever enough of us are within reach of the GTA. Between sessions you'll have one practical assignment and a peer you check in with. Cohorts launch quarterly and are kept to twelve so everyone gets real attention.
$950 per leader. Networks and sending churches often cover this for their planters. If you're paying yourself and it's a stretch, or simply out of reach, say so in the application. I'd rather find a way than have you miss it over money.
